I enjoy the motivation I receive from group fitness classes, and the Village offers so many great options. I have taken Zumba, Barre, BodyPump and Tabata, and these classes are addictive. The instructors make them fun. Thank you to Veronique and Leticia for making cardio fun through Zumba! I look forward to Monday, Wednesday and Friday mornings. These girls are the best. Barre class was new to me when I started Village Fitness. My sister tried it for the first time when she was visiting and is so jealous that her hometown fitness center doesn\’t offer it. Thanks to outstanding instruction by Cara, Molly and Lisa, I have noticed positive results from this class. My attendance with BodyPump is less scheduled; however, I have enjoyed all the instructors They are well-trained and motivating. I end with my newest addition: Tabata. Thank you, Robin, for motivating me to put Tabata back into my fitness routine. I feel so fortunate to have such an exceptional facility in my neighborhood. Thank you all for your outstanding instruction, management and dedication.
